NextGEN Retreat is a sacred place of community, connection, authenticity, honor and growth. Illegal substances of ANY KIND are NOT permitted. Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to: unwelcome physical or verbal sexual conduct, is not permitted. All defamatory, abusive, offensive and/or illegal materials are not permitted. Clothing must be appropriate per camp's regulations (see dress code below). Respect shall be shown for all public and private property. Ground rules of the host Camp shall be observed not everyone present is over the age of 21. If you provide any substance(s) to anyone under the age of 21 you will be in violation of this code of conduct.

Dress Code: be authentic without being disrespectful, hateful or illegal. Examples of clothing/materials not allowed at retreat include, but are not limited to: Clothing, hats, backpacks and other accessories which show hate language, promote anything illegal, or gang-related. All bottoms (pants, shorts, skirts, other) should completely cover underwear, butt cheeks, and genitals.

SUBSTANCES We invite you to have a substance free weekend. Give yourself the gift/challenge/opportunity to be free of substances. If you choose to partake in any LEGAL substances, be sure to do so ONLY in the designated areas. Keep in mind that some attendees and/or staff/leadership may be in recovery, and/or have trauma relating to substance use. We are all adults, HOWEVER not all attendees are over the age of 21.

TECHNOLOGY We invite you to have a technology free weekend. Give yourself the gift/challenge/opportunity to be free of tech, take this opportunity to be OFF THE GRID.

I hereby expressly and irrevocably grant to Spirit Uncensored, Inc. and NextGEN Retreat (collectively, "NextGEN") the right to photograph/video tape/audiotape/film me in any format (collectively, "Photos")  and to use my image and name in all forms and through media including social media such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc, without payment or any other consideration, in any representation for all purposes, including communications, promotions, advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose in connection with NextGEN throughout the world and in perpetuity.

I irrevocably authorize and permit NextGEN to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute or otherwise use in any form or media any Photos as NextGEN deems appropriate. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product (“Final Photos”), and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of Photos and Final Photos.

I release NextGEN's licensees, assignees, and successors from any and all damages or claims that may arise in connection with the use of my image or audio (voice), including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.

I have read and fully understand this release before voluntarily signing below and knowing the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. I am over the age of 18. I am competent to contract in my own name.
